​August 2019...SPG closed on an 84-bed Assisted Living Facility on Congress Rd., in Lantana, Florida. The seller was Gold Standard of Care, a multi-facility owner of affordable ALFs. Senior Property Group represented both buyer and seller and is the fifth purchase for the buyer through exclusive representation by SPG. 

January 2017:  The partners and owners of a 34-acre site in Mid-Central Florida have engaged SPG to secure a joint venture partner for an assisted living and memory care facility. The JV partnership has received a market analysis showing demand in the West Central Florida region. 

June, 2017...our buyers, under an exclusive representation agreement, purchased the Century Oaks of Melbourne from Family Extended Care (a not-for-profit division of United Cerebral Palsy). The 96 unit, 125-bed property provides services in: Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. 

March, 2017...SPG closed on the sale of Active Senior Living in Tamarac, Florida. The 72-bed facility was owned by a family entity which built and managed the property for 20± years. The buyers are pleased with this acquisition to their expanding portfolio assembled with the assistance of SPG.

December 2015: SPG closed on the sale of Broadmoor ALF in Ft. Pierce, Florida to the same private healthcare company from France which recently purchased the Colony Club in Sunrise near Ft. Lauderdale. 

May 2015:  SPG has obtained an exclusive listing on a 70+ bed ALF with expansion room on the West Coast of Florida. This community is privately owned, unique in architecture and located in a park-like setting. 

March 2015:  Senior Property Group closed the sale of Park Place in Dunedin, Florida to Steve Lomonico. This is Mr. Lomonico's second ALF and plans are to purchase additional properties in 2016. 

February 2015:  Closing is completed on the Colony Club of Sunrise; a 110 +/- bed property, located near Ft. Lauderdale. The purchaser is a private healthcare firm from France with a new division in Florida. SPG, with their French broker, share exclusive representation for the newly formed healthcare entity. The French group is seeking portfolio purchases as well. 

December 2014: SPG has been retained by a private firm to locate operational ALFs on the West Coast of Florida. The purchaser is seeking a 1031 Exchange and is looking for properties with 45 to 65 units. The target properties range from south Pinellas County to Citrus County and extend to Polk County to the east.

July 2014:  SPG closed on the sale of Rose Garden and Rosewood House in Dunedin and Palm Harbor, Florida. The combined sale was in excess of $8 million dollars and the seller has reinvested in two ALF projects, also located in Pinellas County. 

January 2014:  SPG assisted in a private consulting role with the owner of a mid-size ALF in a JV partnership with an investor.
